Successfully treated a rare case of peripartum Cardiomyopathy (Ejection Fraction<35%) in a 46-year-old pregnant lady with Diabetes Mellitus and Gestational Hypertension, conceived through IVF

Live preterm, 1.6 kg female baby was delivered by emergency C-section. Post operatively after a month, during follow-up, her ejection fraction improved to 65%, blood sugar and BP.
